Publication on the trajectory of Eletrosul Centrais Elétricas, an Eletrobras Group company created in 1968 with the purpose of promoting energy generation and transmission development in the South of the country. Divided into chronological chapters, the work highlights the company’s great expansion phase in the 1970s, the challenges in the 1980s, and the privatization process, which resulted in the sale of its entire generating park in 1998. Back to the generation segment since 2004, Eletrosul became an exemplary case of reaffirmation and restoration of corporative identity. * Available for consultation only.
